Ahmed is a Perth-based Building Practitioner and Civil Engineer with over 10 years of experience in residential construction and building inspections across Western Australia.
He has carried out slab, frame, waterproofing, staged, and PCI inspections, ensuring full compliance with the NCC, AS/NZS Standards, and R-Codes. His background as a Building Supervisor, along with teaching roles at South Metropolitan TAFE and Curtin University, ensures every inspection is accurate, practical, and engineering-driven.
